ENJOYMENT in all conditions
About the gunsmith workshop
Take care of the safety, accuracy, and reliable operation of your firearm. We offer professional inspections, cleaning and maintenance, fault diagnostics, installation and sighting-in of optics, as well as individually selected modifications.
The scope of each job is determined after a prior technical assessment. Services are performed in accordance with applicable regulations and the scope of authorization of the entity carrying out the service.

COMPREHENSIVE TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Scope of services
Cleaning and maintenance
CLEANLINESS, PROTECTION AND RELIABILITY
Comprehensive firearm care
Thorough cleaning of components, including – depending on the design – the use of an ultrasonic cleaner. We remove stubborn dirt as well as deposits of copper, lead and powder combustion residues.
We protect metal surfaces against moisture and corrosion. This service is intended especially for firearms used occasionally or stored for long periods.
We clean and protect wooden, polymer and metal parts, choosing products appropriate to the material and finish type.
After the work is completed, we check the proper operation of the available mechanisms and perform a functional check without using ammunition.
Diagnostics and inspections
DETECT THE PROBLEM BEFORE IT SHOWS UP AT THE RANGE
Inspection of the key mechanisms
During the inspection we assess the overall technical condition of the firearm and pay particular attention to components whose wear may affect its safe and repeatable operation.
The inspection scope may include:
- recoil spring assembly springs and rods,
- the firing pin and its channel,
- the extractor claw and ejector,
- locking components,
- the trigger mechanism,
- safeties,
- magazines,
- sights,
- the condition of the barrel bore,
- signs of corrosion, excessive friction and unusual wear.
We diagnose, among other things, the causes of malfunctions, feeding problems, failure to lock, weak primer strikes, improper case ejection and changes in trigger mechanism performance.
Optics
ACCURACY STARTS WITH PROPER INSTALLATION
Installation and zeroing of scopes and red dot sights
Even very good optics will not do their job if they are installed or adjusted improperly. We help you choose the right mount, seat the device correctly and prepare the whole setup for shooting.
The service scope may include:
- mounting a red dot sight on a handgun or long gun,
- mounting a scope and adjusting its position,
- installing rails and mounting plates,
- mounting iron sights,
- checking the stability and alignment of the mount,
- preliminary optic setup,
- final zeroing at the selected distance,
- checking the settings after shooting is completed.
Preliminary laser alignment does not replace final zeroing. The final adjustment is made during shooting using the selected ammunition.
Slide milling for a red dot sight
OPTICS TAILORED TO YOUR PISTOL
Precision preparation of a pistol for a red dot sight
If the pistol does not have a factory mounting system, it may be possible to make a dedicated cut in the slide. This solution allows the red dot sight to sit lower and more securely than many intermediate mounts.
Before starting the work, we check:
- the slide design and thickness,
- the arrangement of internal components,
- the model and footprint of the red dot sight,
- the possibility of direct mounting,
- the possibility of using a mounting plate,
- the position of iron sights,
- how the machined surface will be protected.
Not every slide model is suitable for such a modification. We confirm the possibility of carrying out the service only after analyzing the specific firearm and the selected red dot sight.
Porting
BETTER CONTROL AND A FASTER RETURN TO TARGET
Porting of the barrel and slide
Porting can reduce muzzle rise and make it easier to bring the sights back on target faster. We select the solution individually for the firearm design, ammunition type and intended use.
Porting may affect the noise level, muzzle flash, cleaning frequency and the firearm's operation with certain types of ammunition. Therefore, every project is preceded by a technical consultation.
Tuning and accessories
ADAPT YOUR FIREARM TO YOUR NEEDS
Functional modifications and accessory installation
We help improve the ergonomics, consistency and comfort of using a firearm. We always tailor the scope of work to the specific model and its intended use.
The offer may include:
- installation of stocks and grips,
- replacement of fore-ends and guides,
- installation of mounting rails,
- installation of muzzle devices,
- replacement of sights,
- installation of spring kits,
- installation of compatible drop-in mechanisms,
- adjustment of control components,
- magazine inspection,
- installation of additional equipment.

A transparent service process
How does gunsmith service work?

Describe your needs
Provide the firearm model, the expected scope of work, the issues encountered, and information about installed accessories.

Technical assessment
We check the condition of the firearm, the feasibility of the service, and the compatibility of the planned modification with the design of the given model.

Scope and pricing
Before work begins, you receive information about the proposed solution, the expected completion time, and the costs.

Service completion and test
The work is carried out using appropriately selected tools, materials, and products intended for firearm servicing.
WHY IS IT WORTH IT?
Service combined with a shooting range
After the service is completed, we perform a functional check. If the nature of the work requires it, it is also possible to test-fire the firearm or zero the optics on the range.
Range test available
After servicing, optics mounting, or modifications, the firearm’s operation can be verified in shooting conditions.
Individual diagnosis
We do not replace parts unnecessarily. First, we determine the cause of the problem and propose the appropriate solution.
Professional equipment
We use tools and cleaning, lubricating, and maintenance products selected for the type of firearm and surface finish.
Safety
Every job ends with a check to ensure the mechanisms covered by the work are functioning properly.
Q&A
Questions and answers
Do I need to book the service in advance?
Yes. Prior contact allows us to confirm the availability of the date, the scope of work, and the required parts or accessories.
Can the service be performed during my visit?
Some minor work, cleaning, or accessory installation can be done during the visit by prior arrangement. More extensive jobs require leaving the firearm and completing the necessary formalities.
Do you zero scopes and red dot sights?
Yes. We can perform the initial setup and then the final zeroing of the optics on the range at the agreed distance.
Can every slide be milled for a red dot sight?
No. The possibility of making a cut depends on the slide design, the placement of internal components, and the red dot sight model.
Can porting be done on every firearm?
No. Each case requires an individual assessment of the design, the firearm’s intended use, and the expected result.
Can the firearm be checked at the shooting range after servicing?
Yes, if the nature of the service requires a test and the organizational conditions allow it. We determine the scope and cost of the test before work begins.
How should I prepare the firearm for handover?
The firearm must be delivered unloaded, secured, and transported in accordance with applicable regulations. You must also have documents confirming your right to possess it.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes. Before installation, we will check their compatibility with the specific firearm model.
Who are the gunsmithing services at Bryllandia Shooting Range for?
